1. Critical Medical & Platform Declarations

All results provided by Lami Health - including all DNA, epigenetic, biological age, and wellness results - are provided exclusively for general wellness, lifestyle education, and research purposes. They are not intended to be used as a medical device and do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, medical advice, clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, or the prevention or cure of any disease or medical condition.

All outputs, including but not limited to biological age estimates (MethylPace), body age metrics, inflammation profiles, genetic predisposition scores, and nutritional recommendations, are probabilistic wellness indicators derived from population-level research. They reflect tendencies and associations observed across large cohorts and do not constitute a clinical finding about any individual user.

What Our Services Are Not

Nothing on our platform constitutes or should be relied upon as:

• Medical advice of any kind.
• A medical diagnosis of any condition, disease, or disorder.
• A clinical assessment of your biological age or health status for medical purposes.
• A recommendation for or against any medical treatment, medication, or procedure.
• A substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional, specialist, or clinician.

3. Acceptance of Terms & Partner Agreements

Your access to and use of Lami Health’s Services is subject to these Terms and Conditions ("TAC"). By clicking to accept these terms or by actually using any Lami Health Service (including ordering a test, submitting saliva, uploading genomic data, or registering an account), you accept and agree to be bound by these TAC from that point forward.

4. Scope of Services Provided

Lami Health provides predictive, preventive health and lifestyle optimization tools, including:

• LamiDNA - Nutrition & Fitness DNA Test: Analyzes genetic predispositions to help understand your body and support preventive lifestyle choices.
• LamiDNA - Epigenetic Test: Evaluates DNA methylation patterns to report research-based biological aging and cellular metrics.
• Lami Health Personalized Nutrition: Offers nutritionist-guided plans tailored to user goals, gender, deficiencies, and submitted medical or non-medical reports.
• Lami Health App: Provides access to health trends, genetic insights, nutrition tracking, and chat communication with wellness coaches.
• Lami Health Smart Plans: Automated, platform-driven general nutrition guidance. Smart Plans are not intended to manage any medical condition; users must consult a doctor regarding clinical conditions.

5. Account Registration & Data Disclosure

To access certain platform features, order tests, or receive coaching, you must register a Lami Health Account and provide accurate details, including:

• Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Billing/Mailing Address.
• Age, Gender, and Lifestyle Activity Level.
• Blood & DNA Reports: Provided optionally by the user strictly to assist assigned coaches in understanding lifestyle contexts and wellness requirements.

6. Biological Age, Epigenetics & Nutrition Guidance

6.1 Biological Age and Epigenetic Scores

Our Biological Age scores are wellness metrics derived from epigenetic algorithms. They are not clinical assessments and must not be used to make decisions about medical treatment or clinical care. Our Heart Age score is not a diagnosis of heart disease and must not be used to inform decisions about cardiac medication or treatment. Our epigenetic wellness scores are not equivalent to, and must not be treated as substitutes for, clinical blood tests or assessments by a qualified healthcare professional.

6.2 Supplement and Nutritional Guidance

Our nutritional and supplement recommendations are based on your genetic profile and are intended to support general wellness. They are not prescriptions, do not replace medical dietary advice, and must not replace prescription medication or clinical supplementation advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are taking prescribed medication.

7. DNA Sample Collection Obligations & Processing

7.1 Sample Collection Obligations

To ensure accurate sequencing results, you must strictly comply with the following instructions:

• Follow the sample collection instructions carefully, including not eating, drinking, or smoking for 30 minutes before collection.
• Provide a sufficient saliva sample as instructed in your collection kit packaging.
• Return the sample within the timeframe specified in the instructions.
• Ensure the sample is not contaminated prior to sealing.

7.2 Processing & Turnaround Estimates

DNA results typically take 3–4 weeks from receipt of your sample at the laboratory. Epigenetic results may take up to 6 weeks due to molecular analysis complexity. We will notify you by email, text, and in-app messaging (if enabled) when your results are available. These are estimated turnaround times and may vary based on lab capacity.

8. Genetic Risks & AI Response Limitations

8.1 Risks and Considerations

Once you obtain your Genetic Information, that knowledge is irrevocable. You should understand that:

• Genetic research is not comprehensive. Only a portion of genetic variants are known to be related to human traits or health conditions, and scientific understanding is rapidly evolving.
• Many ethnic groups are under-represented in genetic studies; some interpretations may not apply equally to all populations.
• Genetic Information you share with others could be used against your interests. Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before acting upon or sharing genetic insights.

9. Privacy Policy & DPDPA Compliance

Lami Health operates in alignment with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023. Kaml Health Pvt. Ltd. acts as the Data Fiduciary for your data.

9.1 Information Handling & Group Access

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or genetic information to third parties or insurance providers.
• Healthcare Partners & Group Access: If your LamiDNA kit or service was provided through a Lami Health Healthcare Partner, employer, or partner organization, that designated organization may have access to your wellness reports and status as specified under the partner framework.
• System Monitoring: Lami Health maintains the right to monitor system usage by personnel for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

9.2 Your Rights under DPDPA 2023

You have the right to withdraw processing consent, request deletion of your personal records and biological samples, and designate an authorized nominee. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@lami.co.in.

10. Raw Genomic Data Policy

Lami Health does NOT export, share, or distribute raw uninterpreted genomic files (including FASTQ, BAM, or VCF files).

This policy protects proprietary bioinformatic scoring algorithms, prevents clinical misinterpretation without professional consultation, and complies with national biosecurity standards. Users receive full access to comprehensive, interpreted graphical PDF reports and interactive dashboards.

11. Shipping Protocols

We manage logistics for DNA testing kits and related physical items as follows:

• Domestic Shipping (India): LamiDNA kits are shipped to customers in India at no additional forward shipping cost. Customers collect their sample in privacy and ship it back to Lami Health's designated mailing address following provided instructions.
• International Shipping: For orders outside India, applicable international shipping and handling fees apply.

12. Payment Terms, Subscriptions & Renewals

Lami Health offers one-time kit and plan purchases alongside recurring subscription options. By selecting a Plan, you agree to pay the scheduled recurring fees.

• Automatic Renewals: At the end of each billing cycle, your Plan automatically renews for an equal period unless you provide email notice of non-renewal to contact@lami.co.in at least 30 days prior to the end of the current period.
• Fee Adjustments: Fee modifications apply to future renewal cycles with notice. Lami Health is not required to apply promotional price drops retroactively to active subscriptions.

13. Comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Matrix

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email to contact@lami.co.in including your Order ID and cancellation reason.

14. Changes to Terms, IP & Legal Jurisdiction

Lami Health reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting online. Continued use of Services constitutes agreement to revised terms.
